Restorative Day

Out of my usual schedule today and my theme is rest and restore. Preparing for my younger daughter's singing competition this evening and the arrival of my older daughter home from college. Just needed to create more balance and ease in my energy. Established and hope it will hold. I feel so grateful to have them in my life.
