Frazzled Man

Oh my what a frazzle I felt this morning. But making art made me feel more centered and put the priorities back in order. Changing the rhythm, the tempo seemed to be the fix. Didn't even get to post until 7:30 pm....a good 12 hours after my usual. Tomorrow is another day.
