Washington Monument with the Capitol in View

Biking into some head wind gave me a great work out. Funny how the harder I work out the more energy I have for the rest of the day. Glad I have a partner that is stronger than I am and keeps me going at a good pace. Ready for several more weeks of summer; late sunsets , sunny days, fresh air activities.
