Even as a urban dweller, I continue to be surprised at how connected to the moon and sun my internal systems are. And now that we are heading into shorter daylight hours, waking in the dark seems so contradictory. Especially with these gloomy rain skies. What does balance look like? Dancing between the raindrops?
