Tree Pose with Fishes

Had a great yoga class yesterday at Simply Yoga in Delray Beach. I was the only student and the teacher offered respect and challenges to my practice. My bike has flat tires so I may just go for a walk  and then end up at the pool. Sunny, hot, humid, hurray! Sending ease and happiness to friends and family.
