Drawing A Day 133

Draw Me a Shirt Please

Kids ask for the funniest things. Mostly it's about listening to their requests and honoring exactly what they want. If they can articulate that. Hoping that you are reading it the right way. There's a story  I love about a young child that asks the parent, "where do I come from" and the parent launches into a complex "birds and the bees" discourse. When the parent is done the kid looks up and says, "New Jersery or New York". I work hard to be attentive to what the kids are saying, what they are asking for and even try to read between the lines.
