I was not making new art for a while. Then my Dad died and I chose to do a blessing a day in his memory. I decided it was time I did something for myself. I didn't want to have more artwork to store. I decided to use "paint" on my laptop. Little did I know, that making art everyday would help me feel so much better. Dr. Gene Cohen's research shows, "making art, looking at art/music/dance/poetry etc improves one's physical and mental well being.
